| 摘 要： | 建设学习型党组织是一项长期而复杂的系统工程,我们必须在不断的实践过程中深入地反思与体悟建设学习型党组织的一系列基本问题,如学习型党组织的本质内涵,建设的必要性和紧迫性,以及怎样确保建设活动的实效性,避免建设活动的虚无化、形式化。
