南阳丰山古文化探寻

由于丰山的山体内存在着一个巨大的天然溶洞,每到隆冬霜季,东北风刮起,撞击山体,石壁震颤,发出轰鸣,几千年来,人们把这种现象称为＂丰山霜钟＂。从上古时期就有许多神话传说发生在丰山。唐代以后,丰山做为文化载体得到空前发展,李白等众多文豪游历赋诗于此,使之成为集宗教、自然、人文为一体的旅游胜地。而丰山的＂霜钟＂则做为寓意丰富的词汇,超越丰山,被华夏文明的众多领域所运用。

A STUDY OF FENGSHAN CULTURE IN NANYANG MOUNT

A huge natural karst cave exists in Mount Fengshan. Therefore,in every midwinter and frost seasons,the mountain makes sound like thunder,as a result of the northeastern wind＇s impinging against the rock. This phenomenon has been called Frost Bell of Fengshan for thousands of years. And many mythological legends occurred here even from ancient times. Since Tang Dynasty,Fengshan,as a cultural carrier,has experienced an unprecedented development,and numerous eminent writers,such as Li Bai,have composed poems here. All these contribute to its position as a tourist attraction,which integrates religion,naturalness and humanities as an organic whole. The word Frost Bell,with its implied meaning,has enriched our vocabulary,and surpassed Fengshan itself; and it is widely used in various fields in Chinese culture.
