摘    要:转子是发电机最重要的部件,转子的性能将直接影响发电机的工作效率和长期安全运行。对发电机转子进行仿真分析并研究其各项性能,是进行发电机性能分析和结构优化设计的基础工作。本文以南阳防爆集团QFW-25-4型发电机为研究对象,详细介绍了基于UG软件平台的转子三维建模的过程、方法和技术,在精确建立该机型转子三维实体模型的同时为下一步进行的仿真分析打下基础。

Abstract:The rotor is one of the most important parts in the generator,its performance will directly affect the working efficiency and long-term safe operation of generator. Thus the simulation and analysis of the generator rotor is the basic work of the performance analysis and structural optimization of the generator. In this paper,the QFW-25-4 generator of Nanyang Explosion Protection Group is selected,and the details of process,methods and techniques of three-dimensional modeling of the rotor are presented. Then the exact three-dimensional solid model of the rotor will be used in the simulation of the rotor next.
