| 摘 要： | 汽车排气管是汽车重要的零部件之一,其结构复杂,难以用传统的方法进行产品和模具的再设计及二次开发。本文论述应用反求工程(RE)及快速成形(RP)技术对汽车排气管铸造模具进行快速制造的技术。通过三坐标测量机获取排气管表面的空间点数据,进一步获得产品的CAD数字模型,通过CAD分模功能获得排气管铸造模具模型;基于分层制造、逐层叠加成形的原理,采用快速成型技术直接、精确、快速地进行汽车排气管铸造模具的制造。从模具的概念设计到制造完毕仅为传统加工方法所需时间的1/3和成本的1/4左右,应用RE与RP技术进行模具的快速制造方法已为业界高度重视。
