试井绞车排绳运动分析与控制

摘    要:本文在对绞车滚筒排丝绳运动分析的基础上,分析了现有排绳方案在滚筒外层和边沿排不齐的原因,提出了对排绳器进行位置跟随控制的排绳方案,并据此设计了一种自动排绳系统。实践证明,该系统自动跟踪、自动补偿,钢丝绳排列整齐,性能稳定,安全可靠,为绞车的安全作业提供了良好的保证。

Abstract:On the basis of kinematic analysis of device for rope arrangement for winch roller, some problems existing in present rope arranging program is pointed out in the paper, which caused the wire rope not to be winded homogeneously and regularly on the roller's surface and fringes. According to this program, the automatic rope arranging system was designed. It has been proved that this system can automatically follow and compensate, and the wire rope is neatly arranged, moreover, it is stable, reliable and safe.
