铝硅合金真空密封造型铸造缺陷分析与控制措施

摘    要:分析了铝硅合金采用真空密封造型铸造时常见的粘砂、气孔、塌箱、壁增厚、夹渣等缺陷产生的原因,并提出了相应的控制措施,通过合理选择造型材料,严格控制真空度、振动时间、熔炼浇注工艺参数,加强铸型排气,妥善保管原材料,选择合适浇注系统等手段,可以有效防止这些缺陷的产生。

Abstract:The causes of common defects such as sticky sand, porosity, collapse boxes, wall thickening and slag when the Al-Si alloy casting with vacuum sealed molding are analyzed. And the corresponding control measures are proposed. By rationally choosing the modeling materials, strictly controlling vacuum degree, vibration time and melting casting technological parameters, strengthening the mold venting, safely keeping the raw materials, selecting the appropriate gating system, these defects can be effectively prev...
