高校教师职称评定的系统分析

摘    要:高校教师是高等教育的主体,职称评定工作是影响一个高等院校师资队伍稳定和发展的重要问题,是师资队伍建设的重要环节。本文采用定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法,建立了高校教师职称评定系统,在主观评价的基础上引入了客观评价法,以保证高校教师职称评定的客观、公正和科学性。

Abstract:Teachers are mainstay in university,assessment of teacher’s professional title is important in the stability and development of teachers in university,and plays an important role to train qualified teachers.In order to guarantee that the teacher professional title evaluation’s validity,objectivity,fairness and comprehensive rationality,by using qualitative and the quantitative analysis methods,the professional title assessment system is built based on subjective assessment.
