明代"开中"在黔实施述评

明洪武三年至弘治五年计120多年间,实行"开中法"以解决边远地区军粮问题。明初,大批军队进入贵州,造成军粮不继。贵州建省后,明廷又调集大军入黔镇压各族人民起义。因此,明廷长期在贵州实行"开中法"。

Kaizhong Law of Ming Was Practiced in Guizhou

Kaizhong Law war carried out in Ming Dynasty for over 120 years to guarantee the army provisions in the outlying district. In the early Ming Dynasty,the government formed troops in Guizhou Plateau to establish a province,and large numbers of troops came,so the army provisions were in short supply. After the establishment of Guizhou province,there were some revolts against the dynasty,and then the troops were assembled from other regions.The army provisions were in great need.Thus,Kaizhong Law was practiced in a long term to guaranree the army provisions of the garrison.
