模型简化对注塑成形模拟分析结果的影响

摘    要:以某型笔记本电脑前盖板的注塑成形过程模拟为例,采用Moldflow对比分析了网格模型的简化对注塑成形流动、冷却和翘曲变形模拟结果的影响。对比分析表明,除了被删除小几何特征处的充填不足、气穴和熔接线模拟结果外,模型简化基本不影响其他模拟结果,但可以缩短70%的模型准备时间和50%的计算时间,从而快速提高整个分析进度。

Abstract:The IMS of a laptop front cover is served as an example to evaluate how model simplification influences IMS results in flowing, cooling and shrinkaging. It is concluded that mesh model simplification does not influence the right interpretation of IMS results except those ones such as short shot, air trap and weld lines from omitted minus geometrical features. Mesh simplification can save 70 % of mesh preparation time and cut half of calcucation time which can greatly shorten IMS time.
