地铁曲线波浪型磨耗的机理分析

摘    要:建立了单轮对的粘滑振动数学模型,考虑了轮对的弹性体模态、轮轨间的蠕滑力—蠕滑率关系在大蠕滑时的负梯度特性、轨道的横向弹性和转向架的一系悬挂特性,分析了多种因素对粘滑振动的影响,研究了波浪型磨耗与粘滑振动之间的关系.通过现场测试获得了与理论分析的一致性.

Abstract:Based on a detailed theoretical model of a single wheelset, a study is carried out on the relationship between rail corrugation on curved track in metro system with detailed analysis on possible factors contributing to stick-slip vibration considering flexible mode of wheelset, negative characteristics of creep force versus creepage and primary suspention.
