摘    要:针对易错信道视频传输的ARQ(automatic repeat request)系统,综合考虑了基于错误隐藏的帧内刷新方法与ARQ重传比特数分配,提出一种率失真优化方法.实验结果表明,该方法在给定信道带宽和报文丢失率的情况下,相对于不带比特分配的ARQ系统,能够取得更好的图像质量,在低码率情况下尤为明显.

Abstract:An optimal rate-distortion model was proposed to improve picture quality according to error-prone wireless channel status for an ARQ system.This model combined intra refresh error resilience method with bit allocation for channel coding and source coding.Experiment shows that the optimal scheme can achieve higher quality than general ARQ system at the same environment (channel capacity and packet loss rate),especially in low bit rate channel.
