| 摘 要： | 综述了牛皮蝇蛆病临床诊断的方法以及一些免疫学诊断方法：免疫电泳、双向免疫扩散试验、间接血凝试验、酶联免疫吸附试验。并重点介绍了国内外在酶联免疫吸附试验的进展,介绍了采样的方法、对血清和牛奶的检测以及检测循环抗原HC的夹心ELISA,并对该病未来诊断方法的发展做了展望。

| Abstract: | The paper summarized the clinical methods and serological methods of the Hypodermosis,such as Immuno-Electrophoretie,Double Immuno-diffsion,Passive Haemagglutination Assay,Enzyme-Linked Immu- nosorbent Assay,and emphasized the research on the ELISA.Methods of sampling,detection of antibodies from serum or milk samples and an antigen capture ELISA for diagnosising of cattle grub are discussed and the development of hypodermosis diagnosis is prospected as well. |
