| 摘 要： | 通过回顾无锡职业教育的百年发展历程，对新中国成立前后的无锡职业教育异同点进行分析比较，总结出无锡职业教育稳健长远发展，需要得到政府、行业、企业各方有力支持；需要引进培养“双师素质”人才，构建高质量师资队伍；需要不断汲取先进职教理念，形成特色职教发展理念。

| Abstract: | Reviewing the centennial course of Wuxi vocational education development, in accordance with the historical process of the development of Wuxi. At the same time, comparing the similarities and differ- ences of liberation and post-liberation Wuxi vocational education, the paper sums up the better develop- ment of vocational education in Wuxi needs the strong support of the government, industry and enterpri- ses, needs specialists from enterprise to train student of higher vocational colleges, needs learn advanced vocational education concept. |
