乙炔在锆催化体系下的聚合

摘    要:本首次研究了应用锆的膦酸酯盐作乙炔定向聚合的催化剂。结果表明,该催化剂可以使乙炔在室温下聚合生成顺式含量55%以上,有银白色成紫铜色金属光泽、柔软性和稳定性较好的聚乙炔薄膜。对所得聚乙炔进行了红外光谱、光声光谱、电阻率及元素分析等表征。此外,对聚乙炔膜的电化学及电池性能也进行了研究。该新催化剂的开发为合成聚乙炔提供了更广阔的合成范围。

Abstract:Acetylene monomer was polymerized with the catalyst of zirconic phosphate to form free standing film of polyacetylene. The effect of polymerization conditions including ageing time of catalyst, polymerization solvent and temperature, and cis-content has been investigated. The resultant polyacetylene was characterized by IR, electrical resistivity measurement and elemental analysis. It is shown that this catalyst system has the high catalytic activity for preparing polyacetylene film. The formed free standing film has metallic luster.
