SnAgCuRE系钎料合金的显微组织和力学性能研究

摘    要:对真空条件下制备的SnAgCuRE钎料合金的显微组织和力学性能进行了研究。试验结果表明:SnAgCuRE系钎料合金的显微组织和力学性能会随合金中Ag和RE添加量的变化而改变,Ag含量增加有助于共晶组织比例的增加和拉伸强度的增大,而RE含量为0.1wt%时延伸率和拉伸强度都达到最佳,但当RE添加量达到0.5wt%时,会由于钎料中出现CeSn3和LaSn3稀土化合物相而导致延伸率的下降。

Abstract:The microstructure and mechanical properties of SnAgCuRE soldering alloy which is fabricated under vacuum conditions is studied.The experiment shows that both the microstructure and mechanical properties of SnAgCuRE soldering alloy can be changed with the modification of the addition of the Ag and RE elements.The increase of the Ag addition can lead to the increase of the eutectic structure rate and improvement of the tensile strength.And both the elongation and tensile strength can reach the optimal values when RE addition is 0.1wt%,but the elongation will decrease when the RE addition reaches 0.5wt% because of the appearance of the CeSn3 and LaSn3 RE compounds.
