对机动车尾气治理的思考

从综合治理机动车尾气的角度出发，从法规标准、新车源头控制、在用车严格管理、燃料管理、提倡使用清洁燃料5个方面阐述了个人观点，特别还指出，要重视在治理污染的同时防止产生新的污染。目前的尾气净化装置，使碳氢化合物、一氧化碳排放达到了标准，但可能产生了更为有害的重金属污染，很值得思考。

Consideration about Comprehensive Control of Motor Vehicle Emissions

This paper expounds comprehensive control of motor vehicle emissions from five aspects, such as working out emission standards and regulation, controlling emission of new motor vehicle from beginning, strict management of motor vehicle and fuel, and promoting using clean fuel. It points out specially that we pay more attention to controlling pollution and prevent to produce new pollutants. At present there are some emission clean equipment that reduce the contents of hydrocarbon and carbon monoxide but probably produce other heavy metal pollutants, which must be prevented.
