科技新词工作实践探索

全国科学技术名词审定委员会目前存在与学科名词审定同步的新词工作实践、新词工作委员会的新词工作实践、自动抽取与专家推荐相结合的新词工作实践等三种形式.文章基于自动抽取与专家推荐相结合的新词工作实践,认为科技新词标准的优先级从高到低应该是：时点价值、规范价值、时段价值,即从新出现的术语中进行初选,然后考察其使用情况,优先规范使用混乱的,特别是已经进入大众生活领域的术语,对于可能兼具时段价值的术语加以重点规范.

Practices and Thoughts on Scientific Neologism Work

Practice on scientific neologism work of CNCTST has three patterns, routine work among subcommittees, artificial work under fixed subcommittee, combination practice of automatic extraction and artificial work. Based on the experimental practice of the third pattern, the author suggests that the priorities of standards for evaluating scientific neologism should be the following order, value of a time point, normative value, value of a period. This order means that the primary work is selection among the new emerging terms after investigation and study; then examine the chaotic terms among them in priority, especially those already come into daily life; and pay much attention to the most valuable terms in a relatively Iona oeriod.
