一种新型型砂粘结剂的制备

摘    要:采用精制棉油脂肪酸蒸馏过程中排出的蒸馏残渣为原料,制备一种新型型砂铸造用粘结剂.当粘结剂加入量为3%时,其抗拉强度可达23MPa,湿压强度可达0.016MPa.同合脂油相比,该粘结剂不但性能优良,而且价格低廉,适用于铸造生产.

Abstract:A new kind of moulding sand adhesive used for casting industry was prepared from distillation test residue of cottonseed oil fatty acid. When the addtion of the adhesive is 3%, the tensile strength of the sand cores is over 23MPa, and the wet compression strength over is (0.016MPa). Comparing with synthetic-fat binder, its properties are superior, its price is cheap and it is suitabl for casting industry.
