铁酸锌的凝胶-溶胶制备及其光催化性能

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备铁酸锌,并使用XRD和SEM等手段对铁酸锌的晶相组成、晶粒大小和形貌进行了表征。以紫外灯为光源,铁酸锌为光催化剂,对甲基橙溶液进行光催化降解实验。结果表明,产物为单一均相物质,并且随着反应温度的升高晶型趋于完整,晶粒变大,平均粒径约为35 nm。甲基橙溶液的质量浓度20mg/L,催化剂用量0.75 g/L为最佳催化条件。经过7 h后甲基橙的脱色率达到90%,铁酸锌表现出优异的催化性能。催化剂连续使用3次后催化活性仅降低了4.3%,反应前后催化剂的XRD特征衍射峰没有发生变化,说明催化剂具有良好以上的稳定性,可重复使用。

Abstract:Zinc ferrite powder was prepared by the sol-gel method.Its phase composition,size and morphology were characterized by the X-ray diffraction and the scanning electron microscope and other equipment.The experiment of photo-catalytic degradation of the Methyl Orange was performed with the UV lamp and ZnFe2O4.The results showed that the products were single phase and homogeneous.The crystal presented a tendency to uniformity with the reaction temperature and the average diameter of the crystal was 35 nm.The optimal catalytic conditions were the best when the concentration of Methyl Orange solution was 20 mg/L and the amount of catalyst was 0.75 g/L.ZnFe2O4 showed excellent catalytic performance as the decolorization rate reached 90% after 7 h.The catalyst had good stability as the catalyst activity decreased only 4.3% after being consecutively used 3 times,and the XRD characteristic peaks of the catalyst before and after the catalytic reaction did not change.
