| Abstract: | The paper thinks that the non-state-owned-enterprises (Non-SOEs) in Tibet are in the transitional period. Currently, Non -SOEs still face challenge and opportunity in the great -leap development. Innovation is the required way to meet challenges and grasp opportunity, which is the only driving force for the great -leap development of Non -SOEs. |
