N,O—羧甲基壳聚糖制备工艺研究

摘    要:利用L9(3^4)正交试验和极差分析对N,O-羧甲基壳聚糖的常规设备方法进行了工艺优化,探讨了原料脱乙酸度和搅拌时间对产品羧甲基化的影响,采用该优化工艺产晶羟甲基度达1.25。

Abstract:The optimum technological conditions in the usual preparation method of N,O- carboxychitosan were determined by L9(34) orthogonal design and extreme difference analysis. It was studied that the effect of deacelylation degree of materials and stirring time on the degree of substitution of carboxymethyl groups(DS) of product. The DS of product was up to 1.25 by this technology.
