摘    要:本文以空气—水—石蜡油为介质,在600×150mm2矩形冷模塔内进行了汽—液—液三相蒸馏导向筛板混合工况到泡沫工况转变规律的研究。利用γ射线吸收技术作为工况转变的检测手段,以雾沫夹带率和板压降的转变作为工况转变的判据,分析了汽液负荷、油分率和板结构等参数对工况转变点的雾沫夹带率、液流强度和板压降值的影响,提出了工况转变点的以雾沫夹带率和板压降的“判据参数”的新的关联式。

Abstract:A mixed-to-Froth transition on three-phase distillation tray is investigated.Water-Paraffin oil is used as two immisicible liquids and air as the third phase.Gamma-ray absorption technique is used in tests to detect the transition of flow regime.New correlations are proposed for the entrainment rate and pressure drop at the transition which allows for presence of two liquid phase.These empirical correlations may be of some value in design and optimization.
