| 摘 要： | 本文通过对两种掷标枪最后用力不同观点的生物力学分析,揭示了单腿支撑最后用力观点的优势所在。肯定了单腿支撑观点的科学性。建议在今后的教学和训练中采用单腿支撑最后用力技术,有利于标枪运动水平的提高。

| Abstract: | Based on the biomechanic analysis of two different views of final exertion in javelin throw,the article brings to light the advantages of final strength with single-leg support and approves its scientific base.The article further suggests that single-leg support technique be applied to the P.E teaching and physical training,which will improve the athletic level of javelin throw. |
