| Abstract: | Database's excessive downloading,which happens frequently in the libraries especially university libraries in China,has triggered a wide concern.This paper defines the behavior of database's excessive downloading,analyzes the causes of the behavior of database's excessive downloading,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on standardizing this behavior. |
