| 摘 要： | 随着3G技术的日渐成熟,手机普及率在农村日益提高。结合手机携带方便、经济实惠等特点,分析了3G时代移动信息服务的优势,阐述了新型农民的信息需求,探讨了移动信息服务方式,包括个性化的定制短信服务、专家远程灾害诊断、移动阅读、获取农业信息数据和手机电视等。
