| 摘 要： | 除了个人对学位论文的使用外,现阶段我国对学位论文开发使用的主体主要包括法定收藏单位和学位论文数据库出版商。从实际情况出发,分别考察了两类主体对印刷文本和电子文本学位论文的使用情况,探讨了其中存在的版权保护问题。
