| 摘 要： | 在长株潭城市化建设过程中,城市扩张对土地的＂刚性需求＂与土地资源特别是耕地资源保护的＂硬性任务＂之间的矛盾日益突显。通过对长株潭土地资源保护立法现状的分析,发现了存在的一些问题并提出了相应建议,使长株潭土地资源得到更合理的开发、利用、整治和保护,为长株潭＂资源节约型和环境友好型＂社会建设创造更好的环境。
