| 摘 要： | 探讨了不完全信息条件下战略风险的特点及战略风险管理的意义,并进一步深化了不完全信息条件下的竞争情报分析方法在战略风险管理体系中的应用,使企业在瞬息万变的环境中充分把握市场机遇,规避市场风险,或者将风险降低到最低程度,有利于保持企业的竞争优势。

| Abstract: | This paper probes into the characteristics of strategic risks under the condition of incomplete information and the significance of strategic risk management,deepens the application of competitive intelligence analysis methods in strategic risk management system,which will make the enterprises grasp the market opportunities,avoid the market risks or minimize the risk in consistently changing environment to maintain the competitive advantage of enterprises. |
