| 摘 要： | 以虚拟仪器技术为基础,通过LabVIEW编程并结合硬件实现了机床的故障检测与诊断的功能。整个系统分为：系统软件设计部分、系统硬件设计部分和系统远程信号传输部分。应用现场传感器结合数据采集卡采集现场各种信号,运用DataSocket技术将各路信号通过TCP/IP协议远程传输到控制中心,在控制中心对信号进行处理,将信号分别在时域和频域上与故障信号比较,用得到的相似度判断故障信号所代表的故障类型。
