球面4R机构的输入输出方程研究

摘    要:使用四元数对球面四杆机构进行数学建模,得到4个数学方程式,经过推导,可以消去中间角位移变量θ2和θ3,得到只含有角位移变量θ1和θ4的输入输出方程。求出θ1或者θ4后,可以很方便地求出θ2和θ3,可完成球面四杆机构的位置分析。

Abstract:This paper makes the mathematical modeling for spherical 4R mechanism by using hypercomplex numberhypercomplex numberhyper-complex numbers,obtains four mathematical equations,and through deduction,eliminates angular displacement variables θ2 and θ3from these equations,and obtains then the input/output equations only including the angular displacement variables θ1 and θ4.After finding θ1 or θ4,θ2 and θ3 can be obtained conveniently to finish the position analysis on spherical 4R mechanism.
