| 摘 要： | 通过对比分析不同的统一通信的定义,提出了一个易于理解且清晰的统一通信框架定义,分析了统一通信能够带给企业的益处以及阻碍统一通信发展的主要因素,并针对阻碍统一通信发展的主要因素提出了应对策略。
