| Abstract: | This paper introduces the operating principles and power-saving principles of shock power-saving technology device that is the supplement of frequency conversion power-saving technology and changes the malpractices of no power-saving through frequency conversion under full load conditions,and the erection of that can achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction and realize excellent economic and social benefits. |
