| 摘 要： | 图书馆职称评审对图书馆工作的开展起到了一定的促进作用,但现行的图书馆职称评审也存在一些问题。以广州地区为例,简要分析了图书馆职称评审工作中继续教育、外语政策、论文质量等方面存在的一些问题。
