Starting from the theoretical analysis,and connecting with the questionnaire designed by the members of the project group and business survey results,this paper makes the feasibility analysis on the construction of low-carbon computer rooms in university,and carries out on-the-spot investigation and analysis on all computer rooms in Shijiazhuang University of Economics,and points out the practical significance of the construction of low-carbon computer rooms.
