读者参与图书馆管理,能够最大限度地实现图书馆员与读者之间关系的和谐,是现今构建和谐社会的重要举措。提出了读者参与图书馆管理的两种途经:一是直接到图书馆,参与图书馆实体管理与建设;二是通过网络平台参与图书馆网络知识社区的构建与管理。
