| 摘 要： | 随着企业信息化的深入，企业信息管理已经从面向技术的信息管理模式转向面向竞争的信息管理模式．本文在充分调研国内外企业发展战略与投资项目信息管理系统的开发现状后，分析了研究企业发展战略与投资项目信息管理系统的必要性，提出了该信息管理系统结构的总体框架，介绍了系统能够实现的功能，并对系统的应用前景进行了展望．

| Abstract: | With the thoroughgoing of enterprise information management, the management mode has turned me tecnnical information management into competitive information management. Based on investigating sufficiently the developing strategy of national and foreign enterprises as well as developing status of the information management system of projects invested, this paper analyzes the necessity of studying the strategy of enterprise development and the information management system of projects invested, puts forward the general frame of the structure of the information management system, introduces the available functions of the system, and looks into the future of the system. |
