摘    要:本文建立了用溶胀 DSC 法(缩写为 SDSC)测定维纶水中软化点的新方法。该法与常规法相比,具有快速、准确和重视性好的优点。维纶的热性能也相应地由 DSC 确定。用 DSC 法对各种维纶进行热性能的研究结果表明:维纶的耐热性,特别是耐热水性,不但与纤维非晶区部分的化学交联有关,而且与纤维的结晶度和晶区的完整性也密切相关。

Abstract:A new method was developed for determining the softening point of PVA fiber in water by swollen DSC(abbreviated as SDSC).Compared with the conventional method used in production,the advantages of this method are fast,accurate and reproduceable.The thermal properties of PVA were also determined by DSC, correspondingly. The results of DSC and SDSC show that the heat resistance of PVA fibres, particularly its hot-water resistance is related not only the the chemical crosslinking of the amorphous region of fibres,but also closely correlated to the WAXS crystal- linity and the perfection of its crystalline region.
