| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了服务器生产过程中,老化拷机这个生产工艺过程的理论,说明了老化时间设定对产品出厂不良率水平的影响及老化时间的推算方法。理论分析与试验数据都表明,科学设定老化时间,对降低服务器产品的出厂不良率,提高服务器产品的使用寿命都起着关键性作用。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the aging theory that can be used in the production of workstation, and points out that the rate of the unqualified product is influenced by the setup of the aging time. Theory analysis and experimental results show that the rate of the unqualified product can be decreased and the life time can be lengthened when the aging time is set scientifically. |
