均相催化体系中混合C8烯烃氢甲酰化反应条件的研究

摘    要:考察了在均相体系中无机盐添加剂、磷铑比(物质的量之比)、温度、压力、时间对混合C8烯烃(含质量分数69%的2,4,4-三甲基-1-戊烯和质量分数19%的2,4,4-三甲基-2-戊烯)氢甲酰化反应的影响。结果表明,适宜的反应条件为:磷铑比为30,温度为130~140℃,压力尽可能高,反应时间应结合生产实际来确定。对部分添加了无机盐的均相催化体系寿命进行了考察,结果表明,添加无机盐后,提高了铑催化剂的循环使用次数。

Abstract:The influences of inorganic salt additives, the molar concentration ratio of TPPTS to Rh, temperature, pressure and time on hydroformylation of mixed octenes in homogeneous catalytic system were studied. The mass fraction of 2,4,4- trimethyl-1-pentene and 2,4,4-trimethyl-2-pentene is 69%, 19% respectively. The experimental results show that the optimum reaction conditions were the temperature zone of 130-140 12, the molar concentration ratio of TPPTS to Rh is 30, the pressure is as high as possible and the react time must be determined based on the production data. The number of recycle of rhodium catalyst in homogeneous catalytic system with inorganic salt can be increased.
