| 摘 要： | 欧盟作为欧洲一体化的标志,正从不同的方面渗透到各个主权国家传统意义上的不可侵犯、不可分割的空间,对主权构成了极大的挑战。但这并没有改变主权的地位,欧洲一体化是主权的产物,同时也是主权让渡和扩大的过程。

| Abstract: | As the symbol of Europe integration,European Union is infiltrating,from different aspects,into the area of vious sovereign nations that is inviolable and indivisible in the traditional national sense,which constitutes a big challenge to sovereignties.However it doesn't change the status of sovereignty.Europe integration is the result of sovereignty,simultaneously,it is the process of sovereignty demisability and expansion. |
