城市空间结构演变的动力机制分析

城市空间结构是城市地理学的主要研究内容之一,它是一个动态演变的过程,促使其演变的力是错综复杂的.文章梳理了城市空间结构演变过程中的各种力,并将其分为内力和外力两大类,又将内力划分为向心力和离心力,外力划分为人为因素和自然因素,然后分别从城市经济发展、基础设施与服务、土地集约利用、社会心理引导、环境承载力、技术发展、追求田园生活、政府政策、突发自然灾害等方面分别对其进行具体诠释.结果表明,城市空间结构是内外力达到平衡时的结果,内力在城市空间结构演变过程中起着决定性作用,外力起到辅助性作用.合理的城市空间结构兼顾经济效益、生态效益、便民生活、可持续发展等方面,政府应通过制定合理的政策、规划来引导城市空间结构向着最合理的方向发展.

The Analysis of Dynamic Mechanism about Urban Spatial Structure Evolution

Urban spatial structure is one of the main research contents in urban geography,it＇s a dynamic process,the dynamic which makes it evolves is very intricate. This article present all of dynamics during the evolution of urban spatial structure,divided it as internal force and external force,further,we divide internal force as centripetal and centrifugal forces,and divide external force as artificial and nature forces. And then explain it separately from urban economic development、infrastructure and service、intensive use of land、social psychological guidance、 environment carrying capacity、the development of technology、pursuit of rural life、government policy、unexpected natural disasters. It presents the following results： urban spatial structure is the results when internal and external forces reach a balance,internal force plays a vital role during the urban spatial structure＇s evolve,and external force plays an auxiliary role. A reasonable urban spatial structure should consideration economic efficiency、 ecological efficiency、handy life for the public and sustainable development,so that government should make reasonable policy and planning to guide urban spatial structure evolve to the most reasonable structure.
