| 摘 要： | “数字农业”是农业技术与现代计算机技术、网络通信技术、空间信息技术相结合而形成的新型农业技术,它将是21世纪农业发展的新型模式.河南省发展数字农业具有重要的理论和现实意义,且具备一定的基础.河南省数字农业的发展应统筹规划,分步实施,首先要统一必要的技术标准,重点进行“数字农业”基础信息平台和信息基础设施的建设,促进农业数据共享;其次要进行多学科联合,研究试验“数字农业”的关键技术;同时要实施多元化发展战略,建立产、学、研创新机制.

| Abstract: | Digital agriculture,the new agriculture technology,is composed of modern agriculture technology integrated with modern computer technology,network and communication technology and spatial information technology.It will be the new mode for agriculture development in 21st century.It is not only important but also feasible to develop digital agriculture in Henan Provioce.The development of Henan digital agriculture should be planned as a whole and put in practice gradually.Firstly,we should establish the uniform technical standard,emphasize the construction of the fundamental information platform and information installations,accelerate the share of agriculture data.Secondly,multi-subject should be integrated in the study of the key technology of digital agriculture.At the same time,multi-development strategy should be carried out,and the innovative mechanism should be established. |
