| 摘 要： | 运用粗糙集、层次分析法及模糊综合评判法等方法,对原有的中医临床诊疗指标进行合理约简,用指标的变化程度衡量中医诊治疗效,并通过专家咨询建立对比矩阵以计算权重,得到一个对患者全方面疗效综合考察的既客观实用又直观的评价.实例分析表明,肝炎肝硬化中医临床诊疗疗效效果令人较为满意.

| Abstract: | The thesis combines rough set theory with analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy clustering method, simplifies the traditional Chinese medicine indicators appropriately, judges the clinical efficacy by judging the changes of values of indictors, and builds interval judgment matrices by consulting the experts to get an objective, practical and quantitative assessment.The sample analysis indicates that the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for hepatitis and liver cirrhosis is quite satisfying. |
