离心泵水动力噪声预测

摘    要:利用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法对离心泵内的三维流动进行数值模拟,基于CFD结果分析流场的非定常特性,并从非定常计算中提取偶极子声源信息,再应用边界元计算方法,对比分析是否考虑结构振动两种情况下边界上的响应情况,结果表明:考虑振动时的声场分布更加合理,进而在声振耦合计算的基础上,求解泵内偶极子噪声的辐射水平.

Abstract:The three dimensional unsteady flow simulation of a centrifugal pump was carried out by solving the unsteady NavierStokes equations.Dipole sources were extracted in the calculation. The unsteady characteristic of flow field and the major noise source were analyzed on the basis of computational fluid dynamies results.The response solution on the boundary surface was finally calculated by using boundary element method in two cases, in which the vibration is neglected or considered. By comparison,it appears that the case of considering vibration is more reasonable.The levet of dipole sources noise radiation in the pump was solved successively based on the results of vibrationacoustic coupled calculation.
