海藻酸钠溶液-Co~(2+)体系溶胶-凝胶相转移的光谱学研究

摘    要:以13C-NMR、IR、UV和Raman光谱学方法研究了海藻酸钠溶液-Co2+体系的溶胶—凝胶相转移过程,结合体系的光谱学分析对体系相转移过程中海藻酸分子链与Co2+的定位方式、分子链的结构与构型变化以及与之紧密相关的溶剂行为进行了定性的剖析.结果表明,体系内部Co2+对海藻酸分子链的交联作用主要发生在羧基官能团上,并存在着自由Co2+与交联Co2+间的迅速的化学交换过程,而溶质溶剂间存在的强烈的相互作用是体系凝胶化的重要条件.

Spectroscopic Studies on Sol gel Transition of Alginate Solutions by Addition of Co(Ⅱ)Cation
Abstract:13C NMR,UV,IR and Raman spectroscopic studies have been made on various concentrations of alginate solutions undergoing sol gel transition induced by addition of Co2+cation.From analyses of these spectra,quanlitative explanations were suggested on the interaction mode of crosslinkings between alginate monmers via Co2+ ion,on the conformational alternation of alginate chains,and on the location mode of solvent molecules during sol gel transition.Different cross linking modes were found existing between alginate Co(Ⅱ) and alginate Ca(Ⅱ) systems.A rapid Co2+ exchange is detected in the alginate Co(Ⅱ) system.In addition,the cooperation between solute and solvent is confirmed playing a significant role in its phase transition.
