冷拉轴承圆钢表面裂纹的自动检测研究

摘    要:在分析现有无损检测技术用于检测中小直径冷拉轴承圆钢表面裂纹所存在问题的基础上,基于超声波中的表面波检测原理,提出了检测中小直径冷拉轴承圆钢表面裂纹的方法.同时,设计了一套单长晶片线聚焦探头以克服检测效率低的缺点,用微机自动检测系统进行智能化控制来提高检测的可靠性.

Abstract:The shortcomings of existing NDT technique in the inspection of the surface crackle on cold-drawn bearing steel bars of small diameter are discussed. Based on the principle of surface testing with the ultrasonic wave, a new inspecting method is proposed. A line-focus probe with a single long wafer has been designed to improve the efficiency and a microcomputer-based automatic system is used to perform intelligent control and to improve the reliability.
