摘    要:提出了一种新的测试非线性谐波失真的算法,运用了数字信号处理技术,可以得到测试非线性器件总谐波失真的方法。该方法既可提高THD测试的精度,又不需要增加额外的计算量和硬件。

Abstract:In this paper,a novel algorithm which is used to improve the accuracy of nonlinearity device is proposed. Using the digital signal techniques, we can get the model of total harmonic distortion(i.e. THD) of the nonlinearity device. It improves the test integrity significantly without adding extra hardware and computation.
