摘    要:阐述了一种快速寻位和状态记忆 (RL&SM—Rapidlocationandstatememory)通用夹具的基本原理 ,运用有限元分析工具 ,剖析了状态记忆夹具填料的工艺机理 ,针对填料结合力、状态记忆精度和填料凝固工艺等工业化瓶颈问题 ,进行了有限元建模分析 ,通过基础试验、工程应用的研究与实践 ,建立了支持状态记忆夹具应用的填料工艺知识及其工程数据库 ,为RL&SM技术的工程应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:This paper explained the basic principle of rapid location and state memory (RL&SM) fixture. By the use of the tool of finite element analysis, the process mechanism of the stuff material in the state-memory fixture was anatomized. The finite element model was created and analyzed aimed at the bottleneck problem of industrialization such as the adhesive force of the stuff material, the accuracy of state memory and the solidify process of the stuff material. Through the fundamental experiment and the research and practice of the engineering application, the process knowledge and its engineering database of the stuff material which support the application of state-memory fixture was built, thus it lays a foundation on the industrial application related to RFPE technology.
