| 摘 要： | 进行项目后评价，有助于加强投资管理，提高投资效益和管理决策水平。本文采用ＡＨＰ法、模糊综合评判和动态权数分配相结合的方法，对工业企业技术改造项目进行后评价，其结果与实际情况基本相符。文中提出的指标体系和评价方法，对企业技改项目的后评价，具有一定的参考价值.

| Abstract: | It is this evaluation of effects on technical transform project that can improve the investment management, enhance the effect of investment and the level of management. With the combination of AHP, fuzzy evaluation and dynamic weighted apportionment method, We evaluate this project of industrial enterprise. The result is compatible with the reality. The index system and the method of evaluation in this article are valuable to the evaluation on the technical transform project of industrial enterprise. |
