摘    要:阐述了在役建筑结构维修加固决策的必要性,建议用在役结构体系可靠度作为结构可维修性决策的参数,提出了可维修性决策和加固决策两级决策的新方法,将模糊综合评定方法运用于在役结构的维修加固等级决策。通过专家调查,得到了单因素评定矩阵及其各自的权重系数,建议了在役结构维修加固等级的综合决策方法。

Abstract:The importance and necessity of maintenance and strengthening of existing building structure was firstly analyzed in this paper. System reliability of existing structure was suggested to be used as a parameter for maintenanceability, and a new method of two-stage decision-making was presented. And also, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used in decision-making of maintenance and strengthening level. Through exper-survey, the weight parameters and evaluation matrices were obtained, and a comprehensive decision-making method of maintenance and strengthening level for existing structures was recommended.
